| The SAS 70 Certified BROADWAY Center carrier hotel, also known as 25B, is in the historic Cunard Line building at 25 Broadway, in downtown New York City, a few short blocks south of Wall Street. Another celebrated landmark, the famous Wall Street Bull, stands just across the street.
25B offers 85,000 square feet of colocation space on two floors (5th and 6th), protected by our redundant infrastructure and 24×7 security staff. 25B’s power management capabilities have widely expanded in recent years and currently boast four UPS sets, arranged in an N+1 configuration. As a result of this set up, if a UPS unit exhibits a power load distribution failure, the load will transfer to its UPS mate without interruption. This ensures reliability and business continuity for your mission critical IT needs. Our most active and connected facility, the BROADWAY Center offers customers a long list of key carriers capable of meeting any connectivity need and has no monthly connection fees. Plus, 25B is home to the NYIIX (New York International Internet eXchange) - metro NY’s largest, most active peering exchange and also one of the biggest in the U.S. The NYIIX offers dual redundant fiber connections to its remote switches at the other carrier hotels - 7 Teleport Dr., 111 Eighth Avenue and 60 Hudson Street; and virtual interconnection to the carrier hotels at 165 Halsey and 32 Ave of Americas.
