NETWORK OPERATIONS NAMES CTO
October 27, 2006 -- NEW YORK-- Network Operations, a data center remote hands and network management provider based in Manhattan, NY announced today that Stephen Klenert has been named Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Klenert joins Network Operations with an extensive background in Data Center Support, Network Management and Monitoring. Mr. Klenert will play a key role in managing Network Operations “High Profile” carrier accounts that require sub one hour response time for unplanned network outage restorations.
Prior to joining Network Operations, Mr. Klenert held several key positions at New York City’s leading carrier hotels. As Sr. IP Engineer for TELEHOUSE America, Mr. Klenert was responsible for NYIIX Peering Fabric, The East Coast’s largest public peering platform. Additionally, Mr. Klenert was involved in day-to-day support operations for all of TELEHOUSE’ carrier neutral data center sites.
